Under the wing of Berg Architect's as a Freelancer I waas given full freedom to introduce a new concept of apartment buildings into the heart of Cape Town, Brackenfell. A steel framework that would later be covered in green growth became the social narrative of the aproach. A strong modular aproach was in essence the biggest cost saver.
