An Old Celtis Arcana tree that we wanted to keep dictate orientation in this simple farm-style home set on a hill. Splitting the home's footprint with Gables and concrete flat roofs, a 'village around the old tree'-aproach was used in an estate ad quite defined facade morphology-regulations.
