Under the wing of the Baruk Property Group, we landed a development with a "contemporary-freestanding-townhouse" concept in mind. In our aproach a modular scalability was kept in mind. All options had - just like when buying a car - modular upgrades in size, finish level, facade, etc. It was a great challenge for me, both in negotations and almost, like a pop artist, providing more than one facadial aproaches to a plan that could do the same.
