Tasked with here an exciting commercial remodel, under Berg Architect's wing as a freelancer. A Multi phase remodel and uplift for a developer. Minimum cost, maximum profit. With limited options in mind, I was able to add in an elevator and sleek steel and glass elements, to make it fit into a town that had now gotten some hustle and bustle.
