House Lubbe, Hermanus - South Africa

Here, straight to the Client, this was an excting project for me as it was extremely budget orientated, a remodel of a small rinky-dink nutec board/drywalled house. The owner's wishes was to one day be able to have the whole family in the house, but be able to rent out the top floor for now. The project was designed to be built in 3 phases.
