Helderzicht Eco-Estate, Potchefstroom - South Africa

Under Arc Du Ple's wing I was let loose on a big potential client's desire to bring a contemporary 'Australian-style" into the heart of the a picturesque university town of Potchefstroom. As these clients' were one of the largest brick manufacturer's in the country - the color palette was chosen to be white, brick, blackened steel with refurbished wood. An attempt was made here to change the social narrative in the every-day apartment/multi-housing estate where the social interaction, even though celebrated, could still use more catalysts to further spark the communial intreaction.
